Founder and Teacher
Hello! I am María Cristina Galindo, the founder and licensed provider of Mi Escuelita LLC. I opened my family childcare because I am truly passionate about working with children and guiding them through their most formative years. With 26 years of experience in early childcare, my goal is to ensure every child receives individualized attention in a warm, respectful, and loving home environment. As a licensed provider, your child's safety and development are my top priorities. My professional qualifications include:
  • Preschool Educator Certification (Mexico, 2000)
  • Currently pursuing a diploma in Early Childhood Education at Minneapolis Community & Technical College
  • Active volunteer at CLUES since 2024 (Comunidades Latinas Unidas En Servicio
  • Active Mentor participant in the CLUES Childcare Incubator program
  • Full certifications in CPR, First Aid, and early childhood safety
I also proudly participate in the Parent Aware Program to deliver a high-quality educational experience. Our daily routine is thoughtfully designed to support social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth through creative play, structured activities, and natural Spanish language immersion. Meet Yesenia Vidalez Galindo 

Yesenia brings a wonderful blend of warmth, energy, and expertise to our childcare family! She truly loves working with children and is dedicated to creating a joyful, safe, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive. She has 2 years of experience in early childcare.
With a strong foundation in healthcare, Yesenia previously trained as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health at St. Catherine University, with the ultimate career goal of becoming a Physician Assistant (PA). Her extensive background in health and wellness means your little ones are always in safe, highly capable, and caring hands!
